Hmm I see that now, the article I linked didn't really do a good job of explaining that. Regardless Skylar has to be invited to the combine to be eligible for this. If i'm reading this right if he isn't invited ot the combine it doesn't matter if he goes undrafted he can't return unless he withdraws his name.

That would be the smart thing to do, but I don't see he thought he was gonna get invited anyway, last year there were only about 70 participants.
