Is there any time for him to change his mind or has that period passed?

Was just going to ask this. He didn't hire an agent correct?

Unless he tears it up in the combine or pro day, he will be a last day pick or a UDFA.

FACT.

Does anybody know RR's 40 time? That would be the deciding factor to me. If he can get in the 4.5 range he'll be good.

This is nonsense

He is huge, fast, and was very productive this year

I wouldn't go that far. He's much better at this stage than Toliver. I'd say mid rounder with so much receiving talent in the first 2 rounds. He needs to run no slower than a 4.5 flat.

Sure it could be a mistake, but his talent has been so underutilized can you blame him? I think 3rd round is about right. He isn't doing it for family reasons or financial reasons because he comes from a middle class family and his family wants him to stay in school and graduate. He is doing it because he doesn't see getting any better opportunities next season under this coaching staff. He just doesn't believe Les anymore.

It will all come down to his 40 time. He better get that thing at 4.5 or better.

Dwayne Bowe had almost the same numbers the year he got drafted in the first round. He also ran around a 4.5 40. The difference is that wide receiver class wasn't as talented as this one with Ted Ginn Jr being the featured wideout.

True. Hell, Titus Young went in the 2nd round last year.

i think he'll run in the 4.5s, which isn't anything to sneeze about IF he's over 6-3

but he can run a low 4.6 at that size and be OK, esp if he tests out well elsewhere (mainly vert/broad jumps)

He's listed at 6'4" so I am guessing he's gonna measure in at 6'3" at the combine.

6'3" with a 4.5 40 could make him a second rounder if he does well on his drills and interview.
