“We just kind of have been able to assess what I do well and what I don’t do as well, and he is going to try to create game plans around me," Etling said. "I am going to understand how he calls plays and why he is calling a play and try to get inside his brain a little bit more."

That "fluff" is a fundamental concept key to a consistently functional offense, and a concept our previous coach all but ignored. Sorry but it's refreshing
