Well I didn't write the article so no not trying to be a comedian. Just passing this on and also heard through the grapevine this lawyer Emery has is very very good and believes this will happen.

Woodward is the problem, he nixed several top notch coach’s that O wanted. SW is just like a dog on a fire hydrant, he has to make his mark, he is doing everything possible to get rid of O.

His attorney Donald Jackson is on finebaum now. He has too notch attorney with a lot of experience against the ncaa.
Says this is essentially immoral
Case Got denied last Friday before ucla game
They will get additional info to get this overturned because ncaa didn’t have all the facts.
covid and a death in his family, sidetracked Emery and he got behind academically.
When things stabilized he got back on track but was still behind in his requirements so needed summer classes but his summer semester was limited in the offering. He was still academically unqualified.
