back shoulder jump balls in the red zone very soon

fades and seams also. they can be covered and it doesnt matter with their size. put it up and let hem get it in man coverage. brees killed teams throwing seams and fades to jimmy graham. aaron rodgers is great at back shoulder throws. imagine burrow making those throws.

See reminds me of M.Colston.

Dude is a freakshow, you can’t teach what he has.

LSU just needed a passing game to bring out the talent that Anderson and Sullivan has, really all of these guys. You saw Dillon use his speed to blow past Auburn defenders. Burrow has thrown some good balls at times to them to show what could be possible if LSU was a passing team. I would love to see these guys in an offense like a Oklahoma State or even Oklahoma where they put up the ball and let WR's make plays, but LSU is still a rather conservative team and that's the way it is. Ensminger had people's hopes up about a more wide open attack, RPO offense and all, but that really hasn't been the case.

I think he's faster than Colston, but yeah the size is similar.

He's a little bigger. Anderson is 6'6, 229. Colston is 6'4, 225.

Don't take it personal, that's how it is on here.

yeah, Anderson is a lil taller that's why I said similar size, but not exact size. But I think him and Sullivan will def be on NFL squads despite lack of production at LSU as will as others like Dillon and Jefferson so on. I hope Drake Davis gets his life together, but NFL teams recognize the talent these guys have even though they didn't play in offenses that threw the ball regularly.

Hope we get Dee and Sully involved during this La Tech game. They would kill it in the short WR screens. Have one block for the other on them with a TE and a OG pulling. Love those plays and they could house it at anytime.

Hope we get a good screen game going in this game. I like all our RBs in the screen game too. Once you bring those safeties up, you could fake a screen and send Jefferson over the top for a huge TD. Boy what I would give to dial up some plays for LSU. I actually think Steve E should bring in a young assistant with a modern offensive mind. Pay him peanuts just to give his suggestions the week prior to the game and during.

I'm still waiting for Ensminger to call a jumpball throw to the corner of endzone involving those 2. No CB can stop Anderson or Sullivan from coming down with the ball, but he rather call stuff like a throw to a WR on a slant pattern inside the 5 that failed badly twice.

Should be a no brainer, esp. in red zone. They've got 5 or 6 inches on most corners. Time to exploit it.

He has come a long way. I think Dillon is fixing to make some noise as well. I’m not propping Coach Sullivan up because the jury is still out but I can see obvious improvements. Especially with technique. This 2016 group has potential. Jefferson (already there pretty much) Dee SS & Dillon are about to break out. They are veterans and the team needs em to keep making plays.

u can do a whole drive with those passes. back shoulder to the sidelines, seams, then fade in RZ. keep doing it until they have to double team a couple then hit them elsewhere running or throwing

Would love to see this against Tech with some creativity and aggressive playcalling.

DA's rise to glory will be caused by finally not having a LesfrickingMiles QB behind center. But sometimes, I miss those options to the short side of the field . Not .

One of Tech's starting CBs is 5-9, 172. Sullivan is 6-6, 229.

The NFL has proven over time that they will take the talent over production in college. James Wright made the Bengals roster without a single catch his SR year, and probably had less than 12-15 catches his entire career at LSU. Bennie Brazell made a roster. Heck even Shepard was greatly underutilized at LSU (couldn’t find a position early and didn’t take a snap in the NCG) and is still playing in the league.

I think improvements are showing b/c of both Sullivan's coaching and having a better QB with Burrow this year.
