Interest in the nfl?

Burrow went from average late round prospect to 1st rounder, some say possible 1st pick, when they started running Brady's offense.
Burrow is accurate, but he's not some insane athlete- he just looks like he knows exactly what he's doing. And so do the WRs, too.

NFL is always trying to find the next golden boy offensive mind. Arizona took Kingsbury as HC, gambling he could be that guy.

It's a lot less risky to bring Brady in to revive, say, Sam Darnold or someone like that.

Which he will. I would. I could never imagine having to recruit. I would much rather just be able to pay the guys I want. No recruiting, no bull crap, and more money.

You don't think the NFL has its fair share of bullshite? Just ask former NFL coaches now in the college ranks.

I don't think I'm wrong, but I hope Brady realizes he's going to have a lot more autonomy here, and make maybe the same ballpark money. Only NFL team that would gamble on such an inexperienced dude at OC is going to be a bad team, and the staff will be on a short leash.

Curious, why did Brady leave the NFL?

He was a very low tier assistant who would never get a chance to even sniff at calling a play unless the entire offensive staff came down with the flu. He said that himself. He was only with the Saints 2 yrs. He did an offensive presentation for LSU while working for the saints and O scooped that arse up.

2019:has been amazing. I’m interested to see which of the two Joes is really the stud. When Burrow is gone we will see if Brady can keep it going.

I’m thinking we may try to lock him down for 8 years or so

Based on the life cycle of every assistant in recent memory you guys will be calling for him to be fired in 2 years, 3 tops, and you want to lock him up for 8?

I imagine his goal is to return to the NFL. Somebody might look to take a shot with a young coach like McVay, Klingsbury, Kiffin, McDaniels etc although few of the “youngest” coaching guys have long term success. Give him 3-4yr with a hefty buyout.

He should look at why Nick isn’t coaching in the NFL . I really think Ensminger should take another position or retire so Brady can take over OC . Pay the man and let him do his thing . That’s what is great about Coach O . He seems to give these guys freedom to experiment and not micromanage them

When Brady was hired, he brought with him the RPO plays and parts of the Saints offense. Steve Ensminger incorporated those plays into the LSU playbook.

Joe Brady was hired as the Passing Game Coordinator and it is Joe Brady who is primarily responsible for the amazing increase in production of the wide receiver room from last season to this season.

Meanwhile, it is OC, Play-caller, and QB coach Steve Ensminger who coached up Joe Burrow from average Joe QB last season into inevitable Heisman winner this season. As Steve Ensminger is considered to be the general of the offense by Ed O.''

As Steve Ensminger and Joe Brady have an amazing synergy when working together. Thus, I hope no one breaks up that amazing team for as long as it continues to work.

Except for the fact that Joe Brady is not a QB coach. He is a receiver coach. As he has never coached QBs in his life.

Are you crazy? Joe Brady is not an OC, a Play-caller, or a QB coach. He's a receiver coach. Which is why he was made the Passing Game Coordinator. Joe Brady is the coach most responsible for the amazing increase in the wide receiver room from last season to this season.

Yet, you want to get rid of Ed O's general. Dude, go buy a clue cause you couldn't be more lost in space

Jimbo signed for 10 so......

Surely you see the difference?

Jimbo signed a "top of the mountain, can't get any bigger" contract

Brady will be signing his very first bug time contract as a coordinator or similar. He has to leave room to grow, re: years

Take another position is not firing or getting rid of . Fine Quarterback Coach or whatever he wants but I thought he really didn’t want the OC permanently anyway. If it keeps Brady and helps recruitment with a younger guy whats wrong with that .

Come on man. There is one difference schematically from last year, and that's Brady. Hell, even coach O mentions Brady every time the offense is mentioned.

I love Ensminger, but this is not 'his' offense. He'll step down from playcalling at the end of this season and Brady will get a big fat OC check

He never wanted to be the OC in the first place
