Whistle stop in Homer is bound to have it on. Only watched the iron bowl there one year after I killed a big buck. Interesting crowd

Go to Shreveport and watch it at one of a hundred places. If you’re within 20 minutes of those 3 places, you’re less than an hour from Shreveport.

Ruston

1.5 hrs. To far. I’d rather just listen on radio

No way. I am from Homer and I went to Ruston High and Tech. Ruston is only 40-45 mins from Homer. That being said, there are really no good places to watch the game in any of those towns.

Pontchatoulas in Ruston is a cool hangout and have good food. They should have ithe game on as long as some drunken Tech undergrad meathead hasnt thrown a beer bottle and broken the tv over the bar.

El Dorado for sure of those three. There's a sports bar at least. Downtown's kinda cool. There will be places to watch and they'll likely be friendly. Be hog sympathetic and you'll win.

I can’t believe there’s a thread about Homer on the rant

Dad was born and raised there, still have a bunch of family living there

Homer is a quaint little town with some interesting old homes. At least it used to be.
