I certainly don't hate Coach O. He is our coach, and I like him alot. He is doing some great things for LSU.
There are some questionable patterns of decision making that makes me less than confident (Pellini results are one thing...but not interviewing is a leadership 101 fail...at this stage of his career and at this level of competition, inexcusable). Then, the Linehan hire. Before that, the Matt Canada hire (not right fit). Etc, etc.
Then, it is the "in search of Joe Brady's offense". At his stature, he needs his own philosophy. Seems amateurish to point to up and comer, instead of his own system philosophy.
Someone needs to coach the coach.

That is some of the idiot's position on every loss. Why shouldn't it be the same for every win including the 2019 national championship?

On one hand he says Ed is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 2019 TITLE
On the other he says Ed has no responsibility for the 2020 debacle because we lost most of the starters, we had a new defensive coordinator and we had to deal with Covid
Well dipshit…. If Ed is solely responsible for the 2019 title, and he was still the coach in 2020, none of that other shite should matter and he should have won the title again.
If he is SOLEY responsible for winning one title, why isn’t he winning it every single year?

I like him don’t love him, but he is a good fit for LSU and did bring us the 2019 Natty that might never be matched. He just says what’s on his mind at the time, which sometimes he should’ve thought on it a little longer. But he is true to himself and that’s what makes him a great recruiter and lot of recruits and their parents find so endearing. But as far as getting a few finishes inside the top 10, if he doesn’t he’ll be out no matter how many people love or hate him.

I don't know about that, but I agree he sometimes says things that I wish he hadn't. I realize there are posters who like the "transparency" and "honesty", but it doesn't sound great to hear your head coach admit to not interviewing his new DC, and then saying he would've hired him anyway.
Last summer, it was him saying the defense looked "so much better" than the 2019 defense. Even going back to the Troy loss, he said he didn't know the "3rd string back" was getting the ball, referring to Broussard's fumble on the first play. That's cringeworthy stuff.
