This. Sneak was not a good call simply because it was such an obvious call. If drunks in their living room are shouting “sneak it” you can be sure the thought has occurred to the Alabama line.

It’s also a problem with having a true freshman qb. He needs to learn to vary his cadence. Bama blew our o line off the damn ball. That’s in large part because they jumped the snap thanks to his cadence.

Big big mistake. You've got a 6' 7" 250 lb QB and you can't make a fourth and inches? Geez!
LSU really needed to score on that possession. IMO the other game killing mistake? That awful offside penalty by Ferrel on third and 2. I mean it's not like this guy is a freshman.

O has on a headset. He is the head coach. He should have gotten the call that he wanted.

This 4th down should have never happened... I knew we were in for a long night on Bama very 1st drive when we gave them a 1st down.... and then on LSUS first drive they were humming along and were moving the ball well and Bama could not adjust but then you can’t get a play in there fast enough and have to call a TO.... that itself gave Bama a chance to regroup. This is game 5 with TJ starting. There was no reason not to get the play in on time.
