I'm with OP. I thought O had come up with a great model for coaching. He had success by having great coordinators. However, it is now clear his football IQ is very low. So low that he can't hire good coordinators. 2019 was ligtning in a bottle. If Joe B. goes to another school or we don't have Brady or Arranda.... we don't have the same season. It's time for O to go. I was 100% wrong about him.
