Moffit needs to swallow his pride like Coach Steve E and O hire a young up and coming strength coach assistant with new and innovative strength and conditioning ideas and maybe some better supplements also

Like all the ones that come to LSU to see what he is teaching? Lol

O has made mistakes, but he has also kind of made up for those and overall has done very well. But it's still much too early to fully assess O. He is expected to make the playoff and at some point to win a championship (SEC and/or National). Don't eat the crow quite yet. Besides, you don't owe anybody here a dam thing! I'm dam sure not going to eat any crow this early. I mean what if he goes 9 & 3 again? It seems very unlikely, but I don't have a crystal ball. What if he goes 10 & 2, no playoff berth, and then loses the bowl? It's too early.

Texas had zero guys out with cramps. Figure out what they are doing and do the same.

Not run as fast?

Hold all you want until the refs start finally calling it once you tackle guys?

I mean, I guess that would help, IDK.

Big Difference between conditioning and Hydration.

Hydration isn’t the only problem. We are not as physical at the line of scrimmage as we once were. This has been a problem for at least the last six seasons. I’m sorry, but it needs to be addressed. A lot of schools have passed us up in this regard, and Texas is on that list.

Have the defense spend less time on the field. LSU scored fairly quickly and Texas’s defense wasn’t on the field for as much time as our defense. Neither offense was troubled by cramps. I’m not suggesting that time on the field by our defense was the only reason for the cramping problem, but it was part of the issue. I suspect we will not have that problem again since that was likely the hottest game we will see this year and our toughest games don’t come until we see some cooler temps.

I had to go to 1st Aid during 4th Quarter for some Benedryl and there were fans taking every bed, chair and floor space with ice on heads and feet. Heat was extreme yesterday.

Never heard of someone going to first aid in a stadium to get benedryl

Yeah. It was strange. Both my husband and I had a pretty strong allergic reaction to something there. My eyes were swelling and he had hives all over his face and throat. Took our benedryl and went back to our seats.

Were the Texas offensive players on the field for the same 18 play drive?

Seriously?

In another thread, last week, I was down voted because I said hope the team is hydrating.
Not that I think I'm a genius or deserve credit or anything, but same here. I said that all last week when they started announcing that the game time temps would be in triple digits.

Anybody who works or plays outside can vouch for that. And you don't just start the day before, you gotta start the week before. Drink at least 64 oz a day. I'm sure the coaches were telling them this. They just didn't all listen.

I’ve felt for about 5 years this Moffit needed to be replaced.

I know people will say "It's only cosmetic...", but when I see other teams' linemen and compare them to our linemen, some of our guys' arms seem almost flabby, with very little definition.

Find out what it was so we can paint on our D-linemen's jerseys for when we play Bama.

Think it was Cedar. Or Sarin.
