Yeah outside of walker none of those are better. Crews is a true 5 tool. Ncaa freshman of the year, sec player of the year. 2x all American

Id have to put Bregman at a close third though.

He's battling with Blake dean in top 10 territory but no he's not best ever or top 4 yet.

If he goes 1-1 and we're in omaha this year then the argument gets real but not yet

At the plate looks like an MLB guy facing junior high school pitchers.

I never put Larson in the all time great category because he was only here 1 year.

And the whole “era” or whatever you want to call it and what we all know happened makes it tough.
Think its easier to look great on great teams like larson did. Crews has done it on weaker teams with no protection and now is doing it on a great team

Blake Dean is more in career achievement tier of lsu greats. The truly elite guys don’t play for 4 years.

So is it based on LSU production or professional potential? Now Dean is punished for playing 4 years at lsu? lol frick that

Dylan Crews is on pace to be one of the greatest ever and if they cap it all with a natty and he wins the golden spikes then he maybe the goat.

But it's disrespectful to Blake dean to say that his years don't matter as much because majority of his stats came between his sophomore and senior year instead of freshman and junior.

It's illogical.

Dean was awesome dude. And nothing is a pot potential. Simply saying you have to account for some guys being so good, that they don’t play that 4th year.

But in a guy like Crews’ case, is gonna hit more HR in 3yrs than Dean did in 4. Todd Walker in 3yrs too was more accomplished for example

I will let the season play out but if he stays on course he belongs.

Todd Walker LSU Bio

Dylan Crews LSU Bio

Walker was solid gold for 3 straight seasons. Dylan won't reach his BA and has already K'd more than Todd. But Dylan should overtake him in homers and is better in the field.
