There’s no battle to fight. Woodward and the SEC battled to have this game on CBS and CBS didn’t
care. I don’t know why so many believe Woodward has any leverage in these situations.

Wow you need to take a pill, relax and let your brain process this. Georgia is ranked number 1 in the country and played an 11:00 game. The television networks pay the money and can do whatever they want when it is their turn to pick the game.

Heck, it's actually a compliment from ESPN.

CBS has #1 playing at 2:30, and #2 playing at 7. Those two will dominate the ratings at those time slots.
You have one other national slot open, 11am. The game you turn on while you're getting things going.

ESPN thinks our game is best remaining game to air that day.

Timing sucks, but I guess we could refuse to take their money...
