Scott was 21/144 2td vs UGA.
BAMA LSU ran for ~200.
Troy stacked the box b/c Lee couldnt throw for shite early on.
it was Lee that threw the 3ints(2 pick6) that killed LSU.

I'm not even gonna read this whole thread because it's pointless.
Jefferson has twice maybe three times as much potential as Lee.
Lee is a RS-Fr and Jefferson is a true Frosh. Jefferson can actually move and isn't like a lineman in terms of mobility in the pocket. Jefferson actually throws the ball and doesn't float the balls to receiver. Jefferson doesn't hesitate to throw a hitch route.
Is there one area of the game where Lee looks better than Jefferson? Seriously...be unbiased...
I'll say that Lee looks like he probably has a better deep ball than Jefferson but that is literally it.

The running game has been nonexistent against:
Florida
Alabama
Georgia
Scott had 144 yards with 6.9 ypc against Georgia. Keiland averaged 5.0 ypc and Murphy averaged 4.3.
Scott had 92 yards with 3.8 ypc against Alabama. Keiland had 88 yards with 6.9 ypc. Murphy had 4.0 ypc.
Lee was actually fairly decent against Florida considering that the running game did struggle in that game.

together, they rushed 6 times for a combined 19 yards
no, there was no running game.

So you ignored our leading rusher that game, who averaged 3x the ypc of today's game?

I didn't mean to...just figured Lester had his facts straight.
I did.
Lee started the drive where we scored the TD. He got hurt after throwing like a 19 yard pass.
the numbers I put up were the drives that Jefferson was fully responsible for.

JJ drove the ball 60yds along with throwing the td pass. seems fully responsible for it to me.

The play he got hurt on was his interception.

ESPN's play by play is wrong then

how is he fully responsible when Lee completed a pass on that same drive?

Nm, I'm mistaken. The INT was the drive before.

60yds is enough to get credited for the drive when it was JJ that made most of the plays(2 completions,1pass interference,1rush).
if you want to get all technical, then we're suppose to discredit any drives from Lee in which JJ comes in and rush the ball for lets say 5yds taking 1 or 2 snaps?

t is one thing to hold the fact that we didn't win against him. We were 18 points in hole when he started.
O.K., I'll be your huckleberry.
When JL started, we were tied at 0-0. We got down 21-3. 18 pt. Ole Miss adv.
When JJ took over it was 21-3. We lost by the same 18. We didn't gain ground OR lose any.
JL sucks to ANY fan outside of LSU and that is fact. Nobody fans want this kid leading their team or even as a back-up. He is all we have, according to Miles. JJ is a TRUE frosh and his play is better in some areas and worse in some. We can only do better by starting ANYONE but Lee.
JJ played and we lost to a good team, how was the result any different than JL starting? The only difference was that JJ showed some improvement from the last game we saw him play.

You idiots BOOED Jarrett Lee last week at least 3 times for throwing it away.
PEOPLE frickING BOOED HIM!!!!!
but Jefferson gets praise for that?
I actually cheered Jarrett one of the times he threw it away last week. I was happy to see him make a good decision.
However, I think the time most people booed him for throwing it away was when he threw it away on 4th down.

what about the end of the drive after Lee got hurt that led to a TD??? You are retarded if you don't think that JJ was impressive tonight. What about all of the dropped balls??? Not to mention the fact that Crowton had him handcuffed as he has done to Lee all year. The thing I liked about JJ the most was the fact that he looked really comfortable throwing over the middle. I did not find myself gasping for air like I did when Lee would throw out of the pocket. Not to mention the fact that JJ could scramble a lot better. If you don't think that this position is JJ's now, I don't know what to tell you.
this is what I was postin in Nov. I don't know where you found that other thing that I posted, but I was prolly just being sarcastic

I think his point is that we shouldn't crown him King yet. Yes, he looked better than Lee in some areas. But, he also looked mediocre in areas this year.
