Look at short and intermediate routes and look how the receivers have to react to the balls even if they catch it. Finley puts it shoulder level in stride. Myles its all over the place. It can turn a touchdown into a drop, a 15 yard gain into a 5 yard gain etc.

This isnt even true.

I felt like TJ was more relaxed and poised than myles showed I'm his first game, but as far a production, it's the same and Myles has paid his dues, this is Myles job to lose and he hasn't lost it...3 games, 1120 yards passing is a sec or tiger(forget which) record and has never been done until Myles....Myles gets the nod until he loses it imo....

If we get this type of output I'm defense like last night, we are sitting at 4 and 0 and defending the title....

Rivers obviously isn't better than Brees and I'd say Green and Kurt are debatable. Green would probably have had a Hall of Fame career at St Louis. He was very good and that offense would have given him outrageous numbers. Brady wasn't necessarily better at that time; he was younger. The defense was their strength. they were going to win it all regardless of qb.

Y’all remember in remember the Titans when Sunshine came in for Rev and gave the team the spark in needed for the rest of the season? That’s Finley to Brennan. I haven’t been this excited about our team all season, and I bet you haven’t either. It reminds me of 1995, where the Tigers upset Auburn 12-6, and the team wore white jerseys at home for the first time in over a decade.

Last night was nowhere even close to being a comparison of that. It was huge in terms of which direction this team will decide to go this particular season. But that game you're talking about was a game that pretty much made LSU (as a program) make a turn the other direction that it was going between 1990-1994, which was the worst stretch of LSU football ever.

Exactly, and you know they viewed it back then as just a good game, not the tide turning for the season (and beyond). But you have to admit, the spark was back last night, and it was because of the QB change. Everyone holds their breath when Myles drops back, not so with Finley. That’s the reason I say it takes me back to 1995, where the Tigers upset Auburn 12-6, and the team wore white jerseys at home for the first time in over a decade.

If TJ was better for our offense, he would have beat Myles out and been named starter before the first game.

You think a true freshman QB would ever beat out a 4th year QB with Steve Ensminger and Ed Orgeron making the call?

There's no reason to think otherwise
