Football players don’t work for tips. They sign contracts to play for a predetermined dollar amount. If that player does not play up to the coaches, GM, or owner’s standards he will be cut and possibly lose millions of dollars.
Some servers are terrible at their jobs, others have shitty attitudes, or maybe they don’t provide adequate service for a customer and don’t deserve a 20% tip. In this case I simply said MAYBE it was shitty service.

What waiter does shite like that? Even though dj is bad for tipping 5 bucks, you don't frickin do that, lol. Especially to a customer that had a 120 dollar bill at your restaurant. If you have a problem with it, don't be a waiter, bc there are plenty of cheapskate, tight-wad, penny-pinching assholes that do that shite. I understand where he's coming from, but you don't handle it like that.

Service industry depends on tips to survive. If you know going into a choice of restaurants that your definitely not going to tip go eat fast food where you're not being waited on. Happy I'm not your fricking waiter.
