I miss how the Box used to be during regionals. It’s like missing your former college sweetheart who was fourty pounds lighter than she is today.
Maybe some coach out there will bring back the magic to Alex box. Idk. One can hope.

1. Hit rock bottom. A big part of the excitement you see in those places is because they’re climbing the mountain. Think Tiger Stadium in the early 2000’s. Nobody goes to the Box today excited to see something magical, the only options are to meet expectations or be disappointed.
2. Prolonged dominance, late 90’s in the old Box. Probably isn’t attainable in today’s game.
3. A coach who will overhaul the fan/stadium experience to where it’s a place to be to have a blast regardless of the outcome. This means undoing some of the mistakes that were made in the design of the new Box.
