Love this sport except the judging aspect. Remarkable athletes.

In fact all of them are more athletic than Angel Reese will ever be. Shaq HATES gymnastics.

Remarkable job by this group and coaching staff.

I’ve been following for the whole tournament ! But can someone with actual knowledge of gymnastics tell me if we actually have a chance ? I heard Oklahoma is the only team that has all its girls 10.0 qualified or something on vault ? Idk i’m trying to learn though lol

We need falls from OU and Utah to have any chance. For whatever reasons judges seem to love their routines.

This team has overachieved already given the injury situation to multiple key athletes. It will probably take mistakes the other teams to pull it off, especially vs Utah and OU

LSU will need some gifts from other teams because if everyone is hitting to their fullest potential I don’t think lsu has the fire power at the moment to score with those teams I listed

LSU will have to stick landings better today to try to maximize scores, especially on vault

Can someone confirm our rotation?

Is it really bars-beam-floor-vault? And if so, how is this not the best possible scenario for us?

People say this but what sport is any better? The umps this baseball season have had strike zones all over the place, even during the same at bat, and don't get me started on football etc.

Sports that aren’t so easy to cheat. Gymnastics and ice skating are ride with judge payoffs and cheating. I doubt any other sport even comes close.

Why diminish either sport or any LSU athletes? They are representing LSU. That is all that matters. I don't care if it is golf or gymnastics or basketball or football. Geaux Tigers.

Any officiating is open for cheating so why single out gymnastics or ice skating? It's no "easier" than other sports, look at the PP7 interception etc. The umps in baseball this year are far more eratic than what I've seen in gymnastics.

That is in the history books as one of the worst no calls in college football in my opinion.

Yep and it still stands. That's my point, BS is in all sports so no need to single out gymnastics when all of the others are no better.

Well it simple in baseball, basketball and football you can overcome terrible officiating and still win the game. In gymnastics and figure skating you cannot. If those officials are cheating or scoring poorly, your team has a zero percent chance to win no matter what they do during their routines. In the other sports you still can win the game.

Exactly. It’s been done in the olympics, for heavens sake. Multiple times.
