Only if there are people betting on Florida too. Florida does not have anywhere near the retail bettor interest that LSU does. They could merely be trying to make the moneyline action look tempting (Vegas knows something, baw!)
If there is sufficient interest from Florida betters none of this would apply.
I have no real opinion here. Just speculating on why the line would move so suddenly without any new info and reports that Skenes won't start.

actually, this would be incorrect. +700 means 7 to 1 in the futures arena
