I’ve been beating the O’Sullivan drum. Idiots on this board prefer the unknown, hoping LSU can land the next skip. O’Sullivan and Corbin have the best resumes among active coaches, and O’Sullivan is younger and apparently actively wants the job.
But sure, let’s go after Vitello—a guy who has one season under his belt with a winning conference record. Or maybe Godwin, who has never been to Omaha. The most laughable has to be Bianco, who literally has a 20-year sample size of doing jack-shite at an SEC program with above average admin and fan support.

Wellll ANY of the coaches mentioned the last few days will be an upgrade from what we've dealt with recently. I have faith in our AD making a great hire.

It’s not that Casey sucks as a coach just don’t want to be in the same situation in a few years. Let’s hire someone who will be here for a while.
O’sullivan is also a good coach just under performed and there are better younger candidates imo

Like others have said, LSU is one of the top 5 if not the top job is college baseball. I certainly do not want to pull a guy out of retirement and pay him multiple millions of dollars. Is that all we can pull now? I certainly hope we are not at that state.
