He misspeaks sometimes, but the listener can pick that up and know when it's accidental.
Yes, he does have inside sources. People crap on him because he's had hot takes in the past and can get stubborn on it. He's dialed it back some recently since lousianasports.net went live so he's more cautious at saying things are absolute.
The problem is we all want someone with absolute 100% accurate information from the inside, but shite talk everyone who posts "inside info".
If you are looking to get a good idea of what's going on with LSU, Moscona's podcast will keep you updated. It's designed to be a snapshot of what happened recently. If you want more detail, you will have to listen to other podcasts/articles and put the picture together for yourself.

This. I like his content and it's a great listen on the way to school drop offs. My three year son literally says "Your team everyday" if I play it while he's in the car
But he's absolutely condescending at times.
And of course he has inside sources. When Verge was named interim AD, the first show he did was Moscona's. He's been covering LSU for like a decade. He always have coaches and players on his show. He's at the press conferences asking questions.

He’s not always right. He said no way underwood would flip from lsu to Michigan and he flipped. He also said lsu and Kelly are bound to each other for a decade and would get mad and belittle people who asked if Kelly could get fired. And sure enough Kelly got fired in year 4.

I mean, most of us, including the BOS had the same thought.
From whats gotten out now seems Woodward did that on his own with agreement from a booster to pay the buyout.

Mascona is good for someone that absorbs no other LSU media. If you’re checking the boards or anything else it is just regurgitated information.
