QB is not the problem. The O line and not having a rinning game is the prob. Anyone csn see that.

All can be true, anyone can see that Nuss has a dead arm right now. His arm strength looks like a 2 star high school quarterback.

He should just say he’s injured.

Nuss can go back to the bench, hell he spent 3 years sitting there, he should be okay with it

Is there anything about his game now that justifies him remaining the starter?

The scheme is stupid. It’s like Sloan doesn’t know what he wants the identity to be. Play calls don’t compliment each other. RBs patting their feet. There’s a difference in patience and dancing.

But Nussmeier is awful right now. He missed opportunities almost every time they were there. He needs to sit. But otherwise, while offensive staff should be let go. Sloan should be an analyst. Hank should be coaching HS receivers. Brad can take over a high school program since he’s home. Take Frank with him. They all need to go.

Dump the special numbers.

It almost seems like it's a curse.

Both Nuss and Weeks are not at the level they were when not wearing that damn number.

Trying to see anything consistently good about him, but I don’t think it’s there.

He won’t. He said last night “this is not a Garrett Nussmier problem” so in his mind, he has the right quarterback leading this team.

Just wanted to remind everyone reading this board, from fans to tv talking heads, that Brian Kelly thinks Garrett Nussmier is not the problem.
When the defense rushes 3 and you can't protect the QB or run the ball, the QB is not the issue the OLINE is.

Agree, he will not. I will not say Nuss is the whole problem but he is definitely a big part of the problem. He is still the same player he was as a freshman. We hoped that he would make the jump like Burrow or Daniels but he is simply incapable! His unwillingness and inability to run also takes away a big part of most College Football Offenses in this day and age. As is this cannot continue but I do not have any confidence that Kelly will make a change at OC or QB. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Tbh I think he should. I was a nuss guy but I can’t defend last night that’s inexcusably bad. The Chris Hilton underthrow made me done with nuss you cannot miss that throw. It’s clear he’s still not fully healthy theirs no velocity or consistent accuracy in his throws he’s hurting the team

I keep thinking about Booty and Rohan and how inspired the played hen Rohan was in the game. Why not give it a try for a different look. Im not saying rotate them. But MVB does have that added feature.

Really? My God many of his throws were simply inexplicable. Something is wrong with him.

Kelly would sell his daughter into slavery before he benches Nuss
