I get the "One Team One Heartbeat" - I really do. I just can't seem to grasp how that makes for proficiency on the field as opposed to a system (yes, like the fricking "process") that emphasizes detail and execution.
That's why I'm trying to find what CBK likes/uses.

I have studied him and his philosophy is "just win baby!". It is the motto that he lives and coaches by. It is a derivative "the process", "row the boat," and "one heartbeat"
