The man cracked down on him.

rnolan53 has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted.

Which is odd since those had been up for years and he hadn't made any new videos in a while.

Which would make me believe, why now a crack down?

Sounds LSU or someone with authority over these videos if fixing launch a site or something and will profit from showing film of LSU game highlights.

His channel must've been shut down recently. I was watching some of his videos like a week or so ago.

He had put up several 30 second or so videos in the last month. Then they all got taken down.

Maybe the SEC Network has rights to that archived footage. They've only been around a year. Just a guess.

Either that or Glenn Guilbeau filed a DMCA report.

They do, CBS does, LSU does, the opponent's do but they'd been up forever so not sure why it suddenly became an issue for some entity. There's a ton of full CFB games on Youtube which seems like a bigger problem than his highlight vids.

Maybe not the greatest source of LSU material. But OneHourFootball has a number of games.

Yea, he needs to upload to Vimeo or some other site. That was too great of a collection to just let it disappear. It was cool to be able to see a lot of the older games. Hope rnolan reads the rant. How did he get banned, but others have complete games on YouTube?

I'm saying the SEC Network is the newest entity, so I thought of them first as the group to suddenly start enforcing it.

But as someone said, there are lots of full games on youtube. I'm abroad and it's my favorite background noise.

YT works in strange and mysterious ways. I have a channel with a lot of archival footage. I've been forced to take some things down, threatened with legal action (music content) and totally ignored of stuff that has been up for many years. My channel has over 1,000,000 views, but there's no LSU content, so who knows how this shite works.

I was going to make that post a few days ago when it did get taken down, but I didn't feel like many people would care.

There are several channels that have tons of old footage and new footage of other teams that don't get taken down.

A lot of new footage is being taken down, and especially LSU stuff, is because XOSdigitalsports. I lot of these guys doing highlight vids are being taken down and everything else. I've seen two Dural vids get taken down, and 3 or more Fournette vids. Cine Funk (an FSU uploader) does, in addition to the FSU stuff, 51 - 55 min trimmed vids of games. He also did most of the high priority spring games. Tell me why LSU's spring game was the only one taken down? I've had different guys say they don't do LSU player highlight vids anymore, because they keep getting copyright complaints.
