While you're not wrong, his post was about Robinson and Raymond, not Robinson and Sullivan.
"Bigger eyeopener" means in comparison to Sullivan and Raymond's salary discrepancy.

WTF
Sullivan is also on a 1 year deal, so there's a lot less money tied up in the deal. I would guarantee that Raymond's salary will rise each year of his current deal.

Ah, I see where you were coming from.
Hope you didn't take my post wrong, wasn't trying to call you out. I guess I misunderstood it, but thought you were.

You are getting down voted right out of town but I agree with you. Since their salaries are paid from different funds then those rules should apply. If they should be public then why can't the government stick their greedy little paws into the TAF funds?
Have you ever tried reading one of their contracts? They're with Louisiana state university, not TAF. Not to mention, most of the non-head coach salaries are paid by the university, not TAF.

So he gets hired for one day as assistant receptionist for the Atlanta Falcons and then the next day he is free to do whatever he wants with no penalty. That Alleva really knows how to drive a hard bargain.

1 and 2 year contracts is how I’m attacking this staff in recruiting.
It’s really simple and public information.
