Do you wish this year was cancelled because of covid?

I was on the fence before, but now I wish it was cancelled. At least the LSU brand wouldn't be an embarrassment. This season could hurt us for the long run, instead of being reigning champs for another year

Nope. We get to see who our coaching staff is. This will expedite moving on.

No way! We need this year, badly, to get our young guys trained. We probably lose:

Offense
Kirkland
Racey
Deculus
Shanahan
Ingram
Marshall

Defense
Logan
Farrell

Cox
Anthony
Soni
Thornton
Stevens

Only the six in bold are difference makers, and only Marshall is great. That’s not a lot of losses. The guys who are rising up - like Bradford and Kardell need to develop. This year is perfect for that.

Yep,it is a building year. Also we see who can and can not play in the trenches. And who needs to be coached where.

Hell no. I love watching college football. They have had some good games. To bad LSU wasn’t involved in any of them

Yes.

They never should’ve played this season.

shite no like the other poster said this will get coaches and players out now plus “all sports” aren’t being watched as much on TV or obviously in the stands.
This season is perfect for a disaster. Imagine this happening any other season.

No. Because now we get to see that o hired idiots in a season that doesn’t matter much instead of a real season.

Not at all. We get to watch the Tigers. Most of us were under the impression that there would be regression, albeit not like this, but regression. Id rather have a complete rebuild year when it doesnt count and when the entire season is an asterisk.

Absolutely not - we needed to play an get back to living and especially in our world college football is a part of that process.

The challenge was what programs would adjust the best to the circumstances, we have not, but it was IMHO almost a must that the season be played.

Not even a little. If this is the beginning of a slide, change would have been delayed a year.

At this point, the virus is going to be the only thing that stops Alabama from kicking our teeth in. The great news is our players will be well rested and will be able to catch up on some early Christmas shopping this coming weekend since they are off! According to the photos, O has received an early Christmas present and the word is he loves playing with her every night!

Sadly there's a pretty big faction of our fanbase that fall into this category.

Glad they didn't cancel the season. I love college football and accept the reality that it's ok to do so even if we suck. It's also gonna prove valuable down the line. We are able to get a lot of young kids reps and we get the chance to root out the problem players and coaches we don't need in the program. If any are willing to quit because of some adversity they were destined to never have real value to us anyway.
