Some of us suffered through the Spurrier years beginning in '90 with 8-34, 0-16, 21-28, 3-58, 18-42, 13-56, etc. arse beat downs with him antagonizing our fan base at the same time. Kind of hard to get over those PTSD contributing moments.

YES! Since the HBC days of Spurrier. Arrogant as heck, and always an excuse when they did lose. Only team in the SEC I pull against in bowl games as I like to see the overall conference do well.
Had tix to Sugar Bowl back 92, ND vs UF. FL was loud and obnoxious singing 'it is great to be a FL Gator, yes it's great to be a Fl Gator'. By the end of the game the ND fans were singing 'it was great to BEAT the FL Gators, yes it's GREAT to beat the FL gators.' It was hilarious, and fitting.
Give them an arse-whipping on Sat 12 October, nothing less will due.

My dislike for UF and Auburn is much greater than my dislike for any other team. Their players, coaches and fans have always been disrespectful turds.... course we didn't start winning until we started recruiting turds too. #BUT If there was social media in the Spurrier and Tuberville eras you would understand. Former Students on here who were in the LSU Student Section back then would agree. The smack talk from the Hurricane and picking us for homecoming just adds to the dislike.
