you should, but you better win a game in Tampa. You also don't need any upsets in conference tourneys. You don't need Vanderbilt,Virginia,Georgetown,Texas Tech, etc winning their tourney.

I agree. But to say they should definitely be in is wrong, IMO.

I agree as well. I believe that they should receive an NCAA bid. I'm so tired of the SEC being disrespected. Remember, Arkansas beating both Texas and Oklahoma? Yes, some may say it was luck, but they still beat both of those teams. It reminds me of last year's football season when they were talking up the Big 12 Conference. Afer the Big 12 was dominated by other conferences primarily the SEC, afterwards, ESPN didn't give the SEC much credit. They just went on to say how dominant USC would have been if they would have played Florida. Just give the SEC are props we deserve it. Go Auburn!

As am I with the Big 10 in football. You know what the solution to both is? DO SOMETHING IN OOC PLAY!

The Oklahoma win was a great win. Texas is starting to look less impressive, but it's still a decent win. But you can't look at two wins and say that means the conference is good. It's easily the worst of the 6 majors. The RPI gap from 6th (SEC) to 7th is LESS than that of 6th to 5th (or at least it was a few weeks ago. I imagine it hasn't changed much, if at all, since we've been mainly in conference play since that time).

I respect your opinion BuckeyeFan. However, I believe we will hopefully get our respect come NCAA. Anything goes and there are always a few Cinderella teams in there. As far as the Big 10 Football goes, it seems it has been in a quite of a building period, especially, Michigan since Rich Rodriguez took over. It will get back to basics soon.

Not really.
Bigpapamac is really a gump fan. That is the reason he does not think Auburn deserves a bid in the NCAA tournament.

Of course, he would never stop crying if the gumps went 10-6 in the SEC, won 8 of their last 9 games, and got left out of the NCAA tournament

You will certainly have the opportunity to.

Hopefully so.

just a little food for thought:

since the SEC split into division play back in the early 1990's....no SEC team that has reached 20 wins has been left out of the NCAA Tournament...Auburn got its 20th win of the season yesterday

But this is the weakest the SEC has ever been. They are out!!! 20 wins or not!!

Ya'll were chanting "overrated" after the win, If LSU is overrated then the win cant be that big.

FIY Theres a board called the SEC Rant where LSU fans dont have to view the whining of other SEC teams. Try it. You will find more sympathy there.

Yes. You deserve a bid. 10 wins in the SEC and spank down of the #12 team.....win 9 of your last 10.....hot at the right time.

That doesn't really mean that much THIS YEAR.

LSU should not have been in top 15!!! The win over LSU isn't that impressive.
