It's not an issue of USC's current standings. It has always been an issue of the school itself and the fact that anyone who watches MTV loves USC because their favorite media whore is a fan. At least for me. If you know dick about baseball, you're a Yankees fan. If you know dick about basketball, you're a Lakers fan. And if you know dick about college football, you're a USC fan. (not saying all of these schools fanbase is composed of fake fans)

This is really a stupid thread. I'm not going to waste my time reading all of these stupid pages, but why should LSU even hate USC? Guess what? The last time LSU and USC met in tiger stadium, it was a fantastic game that was over thirty years ago. Why the hatred for USC when LSU seldom plays them and you idiots blame the school for what the media did to attract its readers.

If it stems from the 2003 mythical split, you should hate the BCS.

It should have been LSU-USC in the Sugar Bowl, and the Boomer Retards, who lost to Kansas State by 28 points, should have played in the Fiesta Bowl.

If you hated USC pre-2003, then who am I to stand in your way.

The AP did not have the balls to drop Oklahoma further down in the polls after the K State beatdown. It should have been LSU and Usc, but the media wanted 40 days of pointless debate to write about.

Make no mistake the BCS champ is what everyone was shooting for in August even USC(those sugarhead fans are priceless). It's too bad they were screwed, but so was Auburn in 2004. That's how it goes.
