Of course we stand a chance. They're not the Steelers.

Yeah we have a chance, but it's largely up to our defense. If we can get to Tebow, and not give him 30 seconds to set up passes.

Win or lose, the team absolutely must make it a goal to be competitive in this game. We certainly could lose this game, but being blown out again, well there's no excuse for that this year.

Seriously? It's college football.

Thank you!

They have great players, we have great players, we are at home! You better worry about ULL, Moo St., & Jawja, before UF...if you want to worry. If we beat those three & both teams are healthy I think UF will come in about a 6 point favorite, & WILL get beaten like the slime sucking swamp rats they are!

It depends on Jordan Jefferson. For some reason, I can't picture him making a mistake...because he hasn't yet maybe.

I have not read the responses but I think our talent alone gives us a chance. Right now I say its not likely we will beat Florida but lets get a few more games under our belt and I will be able to give a more accurate answer.

I was at the 97 Fla game & I can tell you that I didnt think we had much of a shot nor did most of the fans I talked to while tailgaiting that day.We had already lost to Auburn (though a close one) & just the week before barely beat a not-very-good Vandy team 7-6.

Meh, I was a student that day, and I think alot of us thought we had a good chance. It was a big upset, but it wasn't Stanford-USC big.

in 97 UF was an overrated #1 with a new starting QB and all new skill players...and pretty much everyone pegged us as a trap game

This is true. I think that 1997 Florida team lost 3 games when it was all said and done, and Spurrier was so frustrated with his QBs that he had Doug Johnson and Jesse Palmer rotating every other play.

No. We should forfeit and prepare to play teams we can handle like MSU, ULL and La. Tech. No reason to play these games.

Yes, especially if Im at the game. The two games I have been to in BR- Florida 1997 and Georgia 2003. Arguably two of the top 5 games in DV. So Im goin Mo fros.

We have a chance, if we get better on D quickly.
But we'll have a better chance in the SEC Title game with 12 games under our belt....if we make it, we'll take'm there.

Anyone, can win any game, anytime...that is why they play the game on the field and not on paper. And yeah, yeah it sounds lame and cheesy but it is true. Look at Stanford beating USC with their third string QB

I don't think that it is necessarily our defense that needs to improve, I believe that it is our offense, Florida is returning 11 starters on defense, even if we hold Florida to 24-30 points we will not score over 23 on offense the way we have played
