Will Georgia beat Bama? Hell No! Do I want them too? Hell yes! But whether they do or not, has no affect on LSU being in a NY6 bowl. LSU finishes 10-2, they will be in a NY6 bowl. Plain and simple. No we should all want Georgia to win because it puts the NCAA and the selection committee squarely in the crosshairs. Assuming Clemson, Notre Dame and Michigan all win out, then have they have to decide from Michigan, Bama and Notre Dame who to leave out. Which means an undefeated Notre Dame or a 1 loss Big Ten Champion Michigan will be left out. All hell will break lose then. Which I what we all should want. Things wont ever change when it comes to Bama till other team get screwed, and not just the SEC . Leave out Michigan or Notre Dame and watch the national media outcry. So hell yes, we all should want Georgia to win! And I for one, hope LSU plays in the Fiesta Bowl Screw the Sugar. Been there done that

It’s a win/win for me - our team played its best game by far and GA player its worst by far. I believe GA has a definite chance of beating Bama - we played close to our worst game offensively. Hard to have it both ways - we are either pretty good or we suck - if the latter is the case, Bama’s shutout of our offense is no big feat and GA can (and will) score points. It will be a feather in our team’s hat if We are thé only team to beat them. If Bama bests GA we have a chance (and legit argument) to be considered for the playoffs - if it doesn’t work out that way, we know why.

It won't happen unless Alabama has several critical turnovers.

With Tua being noticeably injured and Jalen Hurts still hobbled by an ankle injury, Bama is vulnerable.

Still dominant? Probably so. They can rely on a stout running game and great defense and probably still win....

Tua may be better by the time the Auburn game or the SECCG rolls around, but as it looks today, they are vulnerable.

Playing Tua this week is risky.

Yes, I'll be pissed as I reflect on how sorry and pathetic we were facing sabamm, but at the same time, I'll have some satisfaction in seeing that motherfricker go down.

Plain and simple for me, I want for LSU to be in the best receiving end on the outcome of games that impacts LSU in a positive trajectory. Lots of football left and if all those 1 loss teams ahead of LSU loose two more in the coming weeks and LSU takes care of business we will be sitting nicely in the national conversations. Would I like to see a UGA win, hell yes, (wife is an Alumni of vet program).

If Georgia gets in then they both make the playoffs. Book it. They not going to leave Bama out.
