The only time it gets loud at DKR is during Texas-Fight and when they show Matthew McConaughey on the big screen

DKR is basically a decent to bad NFL environment depending on the quality of UT and the opponent

Tiger Stadium actually has more piped in music and commercial ads than DKR does. Del Conte has done a lot to try to restore the "collegiate" atmosphere and increase the home field advantage.

I went to a game last year and yes it is better, and I’m sure with it being a top ten matchup it will be as good as it gets there but it’s still, at its best, a B+ atmosphere.

UT will only get 3,800 tickets when they come to BR. That has already been stated

Really? I hadn’t seen that stated , but i hope you’re right.. it’s only right that we return the favor.. If true, the only reason IMO that we *wouldnt* give them more than 3800 tickets is because Woodward has a spine.. i was already preparing for Alleva to cave in and give UT 10,000 tickets next year, before everything went down last week with the new AD.

Plan to pay big for shite seats

Several Houston and Austin-based LSU fans are buying, or have bought, UT season tickets for next season, because they cost only slightly more than a pair of seats on Stubhub for the LSU/UT game.. the plan is to sell the rest of the tickets for UT home games to make up their expenditure, then basically will be attending the LSU/UT game for free.

This is one of the reasons that UGA had so many fans in Tiger Stadium this past season.

UGA fans bought LSU season tickets last year, for the full year?

LSU had a ticket "fire sale" before the 2018 season. I'm not sure if they bought full season ticket packages or if the UGA game was part of the mini plan, but I know several UGA fans that live in NOLA bought tickets directly from LSU.

Totally different than buying season tickets.

Even if they bought a ‘mini-package’, it’s not the same as committing to season tix... Which is why i have the utmost respect for the level of commitment and ingenuity of LSU fans local to Texas buying an entire season ticket package to see their Tigers play in one game.

Can I bring a small Honda Generator to the tailgate? My buddy is hosting a tailgate near the Midland stage and plan to watch game from our tailgate on that big screen they going to have set up. But I want to bring a small generator to run a fan all day.

Thanks
