I don’t know if Foucha is injured but I would hope he gets his shot after watching Ward be out of position several times.

I said the 3 hires he made that were questionable. Learn to get reading comprehension ability. Those were the 3 hires that were questioned and all 3 groups they were responsible for were bad in the game. Denbrock's scheme was terrible for 3 quarters, Special Teams were awful, and Safety was a huge reason you had busted assignments on 3rd down. This isn't the only play, S missed a lot of assignments in the game. Outside CBs were fine. The LB/S were the reason you kept getting conversions on third down. To be fair though, House didn't manage the LBs well either and they were by far the worst piece of the defense.

tRant is still tRant (I melted Saturday through 3 quarters, not gonna lie about it) — but I’ve seen an uptick in super detailed, well-formatted, educational & informative posts lately.

Well done. This kind of stuff helps keep following the team fun even coming off of Ls like this past weekend.

I wish I could upvote this 100 times. The effort.

Basically the guys aren’t making the right reads or communicating effectively. This is sometimes excusable with a new scheme, but we’re hot off of Pelini so I get the lack of patience — but let’s see if this can be fixed.

Nice to see it’s not a fundamentally flawed scheme but the implementation. Still coaching, but let’s revisit this again in 2-3 weeks.

I was a late-season Daronte pumper, but I’ll give House some time.

Ward has been a liability.

The lack of adjustments by House was very alarming. I know he does not like an attacking defense that dictates the game but the D needed to get off the field. Need to make adjustments and try to give it best effort.

Fantastic effort and post-kudos to you. Missed assignments are always going to happen in first games, and the question is whether the other team makes you pay for it or not.

This is going to be a character building year to set the foundation for the future. Fans need to be patient and enjoy the process and know that we won't be this low for long.

Post more.

The Free Safety should always have inside leverage on the TE in trips… Or “special “
