mismatch vs Alabama Saturday night. Take a look, you'll see that LSU is over-matched BADLY, everywhere!!!

LSU Oline from left to right: (247 composite score)
Magee 3* (.8772) LT
Brumfield 4* (.9526) LG
Cushenberry 3* (.8238) C
Lewis 3* (.8656) RG
Deculus 4* (.9772) RT

Moreau 3* (.8025) TE

Bama front 3 plus 2 ILB's and 1 Str Side OLB:

Buggs 4* (.9551) DE
Williams 4* (.9321) NG
Davis 4* (.9587) DE
Ray 5* (.9867) Str OLB

Wilson 5* (.9884) ILB
Moses 5* (.9923) ILB
Allen 4* (.9520) OLB

LSU average score: (.8832) or low level 3*
Bama average score: (.9665) or high level 4*

Look no further, it's all about the lack of talent up front on the Oline and TE. Might be the worst since the 1990's.

I guess we should have seen this coming with MSU and Florida Dlines having their way earlier in the season.

Well You got who plays LT wrong right off the bat so I didn’t read the rest and will just assume you know nothing.

I can tell you this. If recruiting is really the biggest issue, we are in deeper shite than I thought. O has been in charge of that for a long time. It's scary TBH.

We need an offensive guru more than ever, then.

3 recruiting classes is a long time?

He wasn’t recruiting coordinator until 2016. It was frank Wilson before that.

Well, I don't know much about Oline technique, but I am sure the coaches were always aware of this mismatch.

Essentially every team that lines up against Alabama is going to have less talent. It is the job of the coaches to figure out how to account for that mismatch.

Maybe if they are bigger and stronger we shouldn't try to outmuscle them every time.

He was recruiting coordinator before that. AND dline coach. Which is apparently a real problem.

Ok. Now post the ratings of the Missouri team that scored 10 points on Bama in the 1Q.

Considering we're going backwards (supposedly), then yes. 2.5 years is almost what most head coaches get to "bring in their guys". If it's that bad, he's responsible for it.

I saw this coming after we couldn't stop LA Tech and Southeastern from knocking Burrow on his arse every other play.

OK. DO MSU, SELA, UF etc. All those teams shut E down for 2 quarters or more....

I don't know man. If you're not concerned, then OK. But things are not exactly looking up if we're going backwards. I understand we're not going to have Alabama talent, but supposedly the talent is worse than ever. We need an offensive guru to offset.
