O is pretty much exactly like a Brady coached team. Remember, sometimes we were good then. The second half of the Xavier game was bad-Brady to a T.
finally. thank you alxtgr.

this doesn't validate your argument either, stats are a much better way to go

like trent johnson said multiple times, they took the same shots in the xavier game they had been taking all year, they just did not fall that night. a very high number of shots in that game rattled around the rim then came out. they took those same shots again last night and they were falling again.
it sucks to have your worst shooting night against the best team you played all year, and xavier's defense certainly had something to do with that, but thats all it was. an off night. people were still setting back screens. people were still taking open shots. people were not forcing shots. tasmin was still posting people up in the lane. none of those things happened on a regular basis when brady was here. theyve been happening all year under johnson.
if you go look at the boxscore, the real difference in that game was mitchell and arguably spencer having their worst shooting games of the season. they both missed a lot of shots theyve made in every other game this season.

Tigerdup....you no like what u see....quit watchin dumass....u are completely clueless with regards to the state of tiger b-ball at this point in the season....we havent even hit our stride and appear to be heading to the big dance....couldthe wheels fall off? Sure! But not likely with Trent atthe helm....quit whining about a team that is playing with more control and poise than any of Brady's last several teams!

this offense is very similar to the "street ball" offense that brady ran.

i am not whining. i see this team as a very talented bunch of athletes that can be much better with a little more "poise" when it comes to shot selection. yes, we are doing well. hense the reason why all or on the wagon right now. i seem to remember a few years ago this same attitude. remember, when brady was coaching a team in the final four?

To Hoops Junkies that know fundamental hoops..the difference is almost night and day.
And the "other aspects" like composure, attitude, chemistry, etc..are all vastly improved also.
LSU is a senior oriented team in a weak SEC this year, as next year will be an even greater indicator of Coach Johnson's worth & LSU Ath-Dept hiring upgrade, and those results will not necessarily be based upon the final W-L mark, which may be a small step backwards?
But, I haven't been this optimistic about LSU Hoops being and sustaining a consistent program since 1978-1993..Coach Johnson has done it at Nevada, Stanford, and will also at LSU.

Not even close. We hit the wall b/c we played 7 guys the whole game. We didn't run a dome Offense and pass at least 15 times before we shot as Brady had them do. We just missed layups, free throws, and we were physically overwhelmed by their size and depth. Again, you are a retard if you can't tell the difference in the offensive scheme!

And that is the main thing. Brady was an embarrasment on the court. His whole demeaner reaked of failure and give up. I couldn't stand to watch him during a game.

Don't worry, he's a retard, definitely. "hense"

Trent is more calm in the extreme situations like last night....
I can remember last night when Tennesee was making their run, raycom zoomed over to Trent and you could read his lips. He was saying "Settle Down". He keeps his head and thats what the players need.

I always thought Brady ran a "zone offense".

Exactly... Brady's offense was basically get it to the best player and let him play one on one. Trent has us running a Pac 10 style of offense with some back cuts along with some high post action.
