Yeah, it's easy to pile on Alleva, low lying fruit. But it's just reality man....the dude did had no pulse for public relations or the environment he worked in.

Man it was painful to watch his press conferences. He took a shot at Les, but hell at least Les but at least Les had some likability for some folks. Joe was just awkward and sterile.

My biggest issue was when Joe got on the phone with someone to hire coaches my perception is he had next to zero credibility or respect from the folks he was calling.
