It's a political thank you to campaign supporters of the current governor. They don't really do shite other than rubber stamp what comes from the universities or the governor's office.
Clearly you know exactly who makes what decisions so tell me the name of the LSU employee or representative that’s in charge or deciding who the President and AD are.

He is but he's also currently responsible for ousting Alleva after Joe threw him under the bus to the media.
Some of that is him protecting his own self interest and some is working to get his boy Verge put as interim and maybe permanent AD
I don't care for JBE, Williams, Verge, or the whole Morial clan who's currently involved in this situation. It's dirty Nola politics
I like Lipsey and he's right in the middle of it also
If it results in Alleva, F King, Bahnsen, and Miriam being booted then more power to them

This is all my bad. You see, when I read "our federal courts would be behooved to 12b6 these nonsense suits " I thought you meant there were multiple separate and distinct lawsuits filed by Williams which should be dismissed for his failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. My mistake! I'll get to growing a brain.
