To earn a national seed? Either way, very proud of my Tigers! Let's go in the regionals next weekend, all the way to Omaha!

No itll be ole miss and an ACC team

I doubt it.... But if OM gets one and we don't that is crap.... If neither get one I'm OK with that.

I think they should, no team is hotter than the tigers, but how with the NCAA see it well that's a different story. I like how this team is playing we could beat anyone on their field if we have to. Geaux Tigers

Look. You play the number one team in the country 5 times the last week and a half of the season and you win 3 of them and lose 1-0 in one of those. We were already in the top 6 in RPI. If that doesn't get you a national seed then we probably weren't getting one anyway.

Ole miss is playing just as well and beat us head to head. And they aren't going to allow 5 sec teams as national seeds.

National seeds should be
UF
MSU
A&M
LSU
UF
MSU
A&M
LSU

Sadly I don't think so.

ole miss had the advantage on us going into the tournament, and as it happens they accomplished the same as we did. so they will probably get the national seed.

Ole miss does not deserve the national seed over lsu and they will not get it

I differ with your opinion that Old Miss played the same le el the same as We did. We played the number 1 team twice, win 1, lose 1. We also beat the number 4 team. Old Miss did not play the quality of opponent as LSU.

I think we get screwed and left out.

Fact is, the SEC deserves 5. But I will not be surprised if we only get 3. It seems impossible, but they've done dumber things.

I'm afraid we are the one left out. I hope I'm wrong.

No. Enjoy our regional and hope for an upset with our pairing.

Just sent a tweet out to Aaron Fitt and Kendall Rogers asking their opinion.
Fitt said it comes down to LSU and OM for 1 spot. May lean LSU, but he hasn't decided.
Still waiting for Rogers input...

The SEC Network people seem to think that LSU and Ole Miss get National seeds as well as D-1 baseball.
Ole miss beat LSu twice. LSU finished ahead of Ole Miss in the regular season. LSu and Ole Miss both made it to the Semi Finals. Ole miss beat Georgia, South Carolina and Vandy, while Lsu beat Tennessee, Florida and Mississippi State. LSu lost 1-0 to Florida while Ole Miss lost 12-8 to Texas A&M.
LSu went 3 out of 5 against the #1 Florida Gators, while Ole Miss went 1 for 4 against the #2 ranked Texas A&M Aggies the last two weeks.
Pull for Florida tomorrow as a Gator win strengthens LSU's case for a National Seed.

Ole Miss just lost a series last weekend. We haven't lost one in nearly a month.
