I don't think it's LSU or Jay Johnson's responsibility to comment on this.
Whether Victorian is all to blame for this incident or not, the bottom line is what he allegedly did was still a pretty serious incident that likely means LSU is off the table for him as he considers whatever options are out there for him. Several MLB teams have likely removed him from any draft consideration.

Too bad he won't make it to campus. I was looking forward to multiple championships during his time here and then in the future we could refer to that time period as "the Victorian era"
