I agree but you do realize Portis will possibly win POTY in the conference, right? Malone is a fricking backup. What did you honestly expect? He did ok. Not great, not terrible, just ok...especially considering the circumstances.

No, Malone can block out. In fact, that's ALL he apparently wants to do. The ball goes up and he sprints (head down) to find someone to put a body on. Then the ball bounces off the rim falls in front of him and he continues to keep blocking out. He does step one but never does step two. He doesn't jump at all. He plays his best, but how can you go an entire basketball game literally without jumping once?

Enough with the Darcy bashing. This is a public forum and everyone's defamatory spewing against him is really unnecessary. He is a big. They take a while to develop. He works really hard for LSU and has earned the right to start and play on an awesome team. He filled some massive shoes today (Mickey) and you all need to take a long hard look at yourselves. Keep up the great work Darcy.

I like Odo, but he didn't improve at all this season and Malone improved a lot.
