Charles LsU is a former player and has been open about it... I know a couple of former players and 1 current nfl player who has accounts though.

Did anybody who posts here get recruited by LSU
No, but many posters turned down the head coaching job.

Yes, but things have changed a bit.
I had much more hostess interaction at Bama and aTm, but it was not seedy in nature. On the officil visits , which were out of football season, sketchy behavior was usually centered around nights out at local bars and the host players advertising you as a recruit......cleat chasers did surface.
Recruiting was fun but not nearly The Wild West some assume it to be.
And, FTR, I was in the top 16 recruits in the south (LA, MS, AL, GA), so I did get a fair amount of attention.

In my experience Texas A&M had more cleat chasers than others. My hostess at TAMU was Roger Staubach's daughter (this was fall 1996, so I'm dated). I remember going into a bar after one of the games and one of the other hostesses was working the beer tub and I didn't pay for any beer that night.
It definitely wasn't just served up on a silver platter, but when people found out you were a recruit and then if you were actually good, you usually had plenty of girls around you for the night.

I think the chances are slim to none that you'll find someone who was.
So here you go.
LSU has a great Geography Dept. THey were looking for intern students, as I was looking for a way to get my scholarship to pay for one semester at LSU.
My academic adviser was excited to tell me that they had an intern program and accepted East Carolina Geog majors.
However, it was during the spring....I don't like basketball...I wanted to go during football season. Plus, my scholarship wouldn't pay OOS tuition and my internship paid $10/hour.....The Census Bureau.
So I chose to stay home and get paid for asking people personal questions, door-to-door about how much money they make.
Shoulda went to LSU.

Baseball 99'
just went on a visit, wished my parents werent there, went to eat (group of us) with about 6 Diamond Dolls....yea, good times...and the thing is, these girls, whether its football or whatever, really feel as if they are contributing to society and the school by spreading their legs and opening their mouths...it really is ridiculous some of the stories that I heard from my buddies that did sign...but again, its everywhere, every major school...

Every major school takes care of its players in one way or another. They may have school paid for, but that doesn't mean they can afford food, car notes, insurance, etc. I believe I heard that Shaq made $15 an hour working at Popeye's. I know of other money examples that don't need to be mentioned, but it happens.
When it comes to girls, the schools don't have to have anything to do with that. They're willing and excited to know players who will introduce them to potential future players. Some girls are just like that, and they're everywhere.
But to answer your question, no.

Boosters provide summer/holiday jobs that pay well. Some let you sit on your arse, others make you work.......
