Look, all these posters like Ell and Mot are blowing smoke up all your asses. They had no clue this team was going to be this bad offensively. In fact, they were giving their smart arse comments and bully approach to anyone that had a question about this team offensive woes when the season started. Just clueless baseball posters who think they know more than they actually fricking do. Yes, I have a vendetta against these clueless trolls....I was put down and shite on for having a opinion about the teams inept offense before the season!!

That is the quandary. At the time he was hired he was inexperienced and possibly not qualified for the position. But at this point he has a national championship and his team is perennially one of the best in the conference.
You also left out the rest of the quote which I'm sure was intentional...
