Threatening grant funding is exactly what we need to be doing.

I believe it. They are pouring into Arkansas and buying homes from $500,000-$1,200,000 that normal Americans cannot typically afford. This isn’t conjecture, I have personally witnessed it.

Mahindra is an Indian company

But their spinoff Tech Mahindra Americas is deeply embedded in many American companies as as onshore/offshore vendor. I worked for their slimy asses for a few years. Terrrible company, but options were limited for me at the time.

Most are being used in SW development and are going to be replaced by AI in the next 6 months to a year.

theCrusher is correct. Students are changing majors now because of AI. Computer Science is a major this is happening with.
AI writes the code for you, you tell it what you want, and it does it. It will be ending a lot of jobs in IT and eventually engineering.
I am seeing what AI can do for you in engineering. Guys that could program in Python and developed a lot of tools for the teams to process large amounts of analysis and data, well those codes can be done with AI.

THere won't be a need for a lot of these IT workers and developers. I agree with the administration on this, but this should've been done a long time ago. It's happening now because the US will not need them.

As have I.

Mr. JD Vance, please add Walmart to your list of suspensions. Take my energy.

I managed teams of indians at multiple fortune 50 companies. IT/Software related work.

They are in general less talented than your typical US state school graduate, but they cost less.

Once they get an Indian management team in place, their caste system has trained them to work like slaves without complaining. Indian managers are absolutely cruel and don't give a shite.

They love having american managers that treat them like actual humans. but that does not last long once indians get into the management structure.

They will avoid hiring americans or any other ethnic group as much as they possibly can once they get in.

I have witnessed this personally at multiple companies. It absolutely has and does happen all the time.

Word on the street here is that the only qualification for a role at Walmart HQ (with an Indian manager) is if you are of Telugu Indian persuasion.

Entire subdivisions in certain communities of NWA have turned majority Indian. I know of a few American families that were essentially forced to move out because the new “neighbors” were incredibly rude and noisy. The same issue Frisco and parts of Dallas are having.

This is absolutely enormous for Americans and is exactly what every single person on this site voted for.

This is how an Administration and the federal labor department protects American workers.
No other admin has come close.

Now let's hope RFK2 can find a cure for TDS.
