Harris is playing for his 4th team (LSU, A&M, UTSA, and now UNLV) and he mugged a receiver drawing a 15 yard pass interference penalty when he got beat on an end zone throw. Talk about a guy who was extremely overrated...a consensus 5* HS CB who never played above a 3* caliber level.. ANYWHERE!

OK, to be fair to DH, he just stripped the ball from a wide receiver on a pass completion and gave the ball back to UNLV.

Certainly off the field issues are what you are referring to but technique WAS/IS a problem. On the PI that ultimately cost UNLV a TD, he lost track of the receiver and never had a clue where the ball was since he never looked back for it. He ended up just grabbing the guy
