LSU leaving the SEC and being an Independent would be detrimental to the athletic department as a whole. Don’t listen to half of our fanbase that has the IQ of a boiled crawfish

You can really see who the weak are on here today. Lsu had done nothing illegal and the incoming counter suit will be glorious. Lsu gonna beat the shite out of clemson Saturday and Louisville upsets OM

The SEC is effectively eating its own face by fighting this. LSU will always be a flagship University with an athletic department. The SEC and NCAA may not always enjoy antitrust and labor law exemptions. They're playing with fire in a paper mache castle.

If they countersue for abuse of process (and they should), the SEC will likely lose and owe millions in attorneys fees and compensatory damages to LSU and LK. Huge misstep.
