Delusional fanbase is delusional - Miles isn't going anywhere.

I've taken a step back from this board the past few days and have laughed every day since Saturday.
You really think Miles is going anywhere anytime soon? He could lose out this year and his seat isn't even legitimately hot unless the team comes out slow next year.
The buyout is too large, Miles is too accomplished, and this team and program that he has built has been too successful. You don't throw all of that away over a two game losing streak and are still ranked the top 15 team in the country.
I know a lot of you don't know what to do with yourselves if you can't post on here to bash the program or Miles, but why don't you step back, take a breathe, and see how the season plays out. Getting worked up over absolutely no possibility of change right now makes no sense.
Miles isn't going anywhere until the end of the 2016 season at the very earliest and that's only if he has another 3-4 loss season in similar fashion to this and last year. So chill the hell out and deal with it.

Let Nebraska be the Textbook called "How NOT to part ways with a winning coach"

yeah ok. A coach doesn't go from unbeaten and #2 in the country to losing 4 in a row and not feel any heat.

i.e. "I hope Les doesn't go anywhere."

Get the frick out of here with your common sense fire everyone let Alieva have the playbook and we will be ok.

A declining fan base and contributions is almost impossible to reverse, (LSU basketball) therefore, whatever the buyout its a good investment IF the trend is downward in the financial elements of the program, We wouldn't know that but somebody does.

The national media and fans are pretty baffled that this is even a possibility
At this point I'm just concerned that if things do go bad to end the year, we get "feelers" to tell us that Jimbo is interested, then when we fire Les he goes back to FSU with a new raise and we are fricked.

A move is already afoot.
Whatever that means. I've never typed 'afoot'in my life.

If we get our butt whooped this weekend like we have the past two weeks you might not be laughing anymore.

Classic Jimmy Sexton move

It has nothing to do with any coach or agent. I'm not even suggesting that Jimbo wold feign interest just for a raise. Its very possible that he could feel interested immediately then FSU makes a counter and he realizes there is to reason to leave.

yeah, it's warming up.... and our problem is finishing the season, not starting it.... we always start fine...

see how the season plays out.
we have seen the progression, or lack thereof, thus far... most of us that are realistic in our observation see that we are not getting better as we go along, but actually getting worse.... there's really nothing we've been shown lately that would lead one to HONESTLY (that's key) believe that we just all of a fricking sudden turn it around and play like champions just because.... do we want it to happen? frick yes... but looking at realistically, most sane people feel that we are in for quite the hurt at Ole Miss, and the aTm game is a should win, but given we will probably be coming off 3 straight Ls, all bets are off as to how we come out for that game...

LOL, I think goodness that the media and fan base is not responsible for hiring and firing coaches here. LSU fanbase changes there mind every week, instead of looking at Les body of work. It's very impressive what Les has done here considering LSU's past 50 years.
