DC Search - No need to panic or offer suggestions

If anybody has seen a picture of The Binder on Building a Championship Program, it is clear that some of the tabs are "Staff Projection," "Top Coaches by Position," and one about "Coordinators."
I guarantee you these three tabs contain better information/suggestions than this board can come up with. We just need to be calm and let the process play out.

It’s the same pattern he’s followed from the beginning. He has someone he’s personally connected to in mind so he sends us on this wild goose chase pretending to court candidates he’s never going to hire then he’ll pretend we just ran out of options and the candidate he had pegged from the get go will emerge and get the job. Can’t believe fans are still falling for this BS.

Well, "the binder" is 4 years old now along with the info. in it.
I guess that would explain a little more how they came up with Pelini last year though.

Why? He had to wait until after the bowl game to go after his first choice. Then he had to wait until the Saints were out of the playoffs to go after his second choice.
Moreover, it's not his fault neither one of them were not able to take the job.
To me, Ed O is simply doing his best and I'm not going to fault him for having bad luck.
