Jumping in and out of the portal is a pretty big sign of immaturity, and the main reason opponents of the portal are being proven right. The portal is like an extra recruiting phase at whatever time they want.

The portal is a terrible idea. That doesn’t mean I’m going to belittle a player or their character for choosing to enter it.
