If Baker does indeed come over as the LB coach, it would be much better than kelvin Sheppard would have been.

The reason it's super annoying is that the color of ones skin has absolutely no relevance to having the skills needed to be proficient in ones job.

Nobody should ever get hired strictly on whatever your skin color is, hire the person you think will do the best at the job who has the qualification proving they have done a good job in that position before.

Why is it we are giving anybody preferential treatment strictly based on skin color?? That right there is actually a real example of racism that meets the definition of the word.

Well the majority of D1 scholarship football players are black and only around 15% of head coaches are black, I'd say coaches football coaches are a white frat but they don't need to call it that. How's that for an answer David? You decided to run for Congress again or are you still just running the KKK? And no you're not being a smart arse you're being a dumb arse showing his true colors.

Coach Zimmer with the Vikings has bragged on Coach Jones' capabilities, claiming this is a loss for the team. Is it safe to say it is a "fact" that an NFL HC knows more than you? Coach Arranda spoke for him. Who knows more, factually, Coach Arranda or you? It's ok to give opinions, but to try & sell your opinions as fact, because you say so......??

It's the people on this board stating that LSU is targeting only black coaches that gave me the perception there was something to it.

Whether there is actually any truth about that I don't know, but it would be disappointing if it was true. It would just be another organization caving to liberal pressure and propaganda. It would be nice to see some organizations\businesses\schools start pushing back on all this crap, because it's complete and total BS.
