...that would be interesting to see..
ETA: was said in the second half of the Sun Bowl when they were breaking down the rematch.
ETA2: This is not a JL vs. JJ thread.

Based on how he prepared for the beginning of the season as a backup, you know he will be ready if his number is called...you gotta figure the odds are finally in his favor if he has to come in against Bama.

It would be so poetic to have him get over his Bama hump on such a huge stage, in his last game of his career.

I really hope so...I would hate for Lee's last significant game to be his worst of the season.

I think Lee would be more effective if they rolled him out and put him in the shotgun. His delivery is much faster than Jefferson's. If you watch the warm-ups, notice the throwing motion. Jefferson arm goes way back before release, JLee has a shorter throwing motion.

As big of a Lee supporter as I've been, his play in the first Bama game was awful. Both of those interceptions were terrible. He has been great in every game he played this season except Bama. I would love to see him make some plays to redeem himself but I honestly don't see Miles giving him PT outside of a Jefferson injury.

People don't need to watch warm-ups to realize this. Everyone on Earth realizes Jefferson has a long motion and Lee doesn't.

My first thought is that the general is through. But you never know with CLM.

it is miles we are talking about

Unfortunatly it probably will be...

I've been a JLee fan, and still am. In saying that, I hope JJ has a great game (because he needs to for our Tigers to win) but I believe The General will be ready to play this time around if/when JJ throws his pair of INT's. Either way...

Why does that matter to you. Especially if LSU wins without Lee's contributions?

Seriously? You don't understand why someone would hate for a player who has gone through as much hardship as Lee to end his season on playing a horrendous game?

Hopefully he gets to go to the Sr bowl and does well.
